"Top-notch customer support"
I purchased a power adapter for a Mackie Mix 5 from this seller at a pretty fair price, shipping included. The follow-up email and the phone call I got when I missed the delivery were things I haven't really experienced with other businesses. It was a fantastic experience, and I’ll definitely consider them for my future audio needs.

The sales crew was super helpful. Since the item was out of stock, they called the supplier to check on the delivery date and got back to me in under an hour. After I made the payment, the item showed up really fast, well-packaged and in great shape. It's refreshing to experience such good customer service. I’d surely shop at Turnpike Audio again.

"INCREDIBLE EXPERIENCE"
Man, I had no clue about this company until I was hunting for a specific item. Not only did they actually have it available, unlike the rest, but they also matched the lowest price I found anywhere else. I put in my order at 4:30 PM, and it showed up by 9 AM the next day! I gotta say, this store is definitely on my favorites list now, and I’ll be coming back for sure. Huge thanks!
